We are a small team currently doing everything from slaughter to delivery and can’t always answer the phone so please bare with us we will get back to you, promise we aren’t ignoring you 🙂
Billing and Payment.
Payment can be made by card or bank transfer at the time of placing your order. We do a limited number of animals every week and occasionally the odd item may not be fulfilled so we will replace an item to the nearest type of cut available. We will credit your bill or refund back (your preference) any difference owed.
Delivery.
We deliver weekly nationwide. Please be sure to look at the storefront notice on delivery dates for the current batch of livestock.
There are times when livestock is not quite ready for zabiha in which case we will be in touch if there are delays.
Greater Manchester areas delivery £4.99
Nationwide Delivery. £9.99 Delivery up to 20kg (0.35/kg thereafter)
It may be better for families and friends to order to one address together and share delivery costs.
Delivery is made to the need address instructed between 8am – 4pm.
Driver will usually text you on the morning of your delivery with a more precise window of time.
If there is no one available between these times then the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour and we will let you know once done.
Refrigerated packaging is used to keep your goods cool for 48 hours.
